If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Description of Service
Neuro Coding Studio provides AI-powered text analysis tools including AI content detection, paraphrasing, and related services through a web interface and API. Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion.
Important Disclaimer: Our AI detection and analysis tools provide probabilistic assessments based on statistical models. Results should be interpreted as indicators, not as definitive proof. AI detection is an evolving field and no system can guarantee 100% accuracy. You should not rely solely on our results for legal, academic disciplinary, or employment decisions.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account using a supported authentication provider (Google, GitHub, or LinkedIn). You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account. We reserve the right to disable any account at any time if, in our opinion, you have violated these Terms.
5. Credits, Payments & Refund Policy
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use AI analysis features. Regarding purchases:
- All credit purchases are processed securely through Stripe and are final.
- Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion for technical errors where credits were deducted without delivering results. Contact support within 7 days of the issue.
- Purchased credits do not expire and remain on your account until used.
- Credits are non-transferable and may not be resold.
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing purchased credits will not be affected by price changes.
6. API Usage

We may revoke API access immediately if these terms are violated.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without explicit written permission.
You retain full ownership of any text you submit for analysis. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.
